CARES helps keep your child safe, secure and comfortable during your flight. It is an innovative belt-and-buckle restraint, which easily attaches to the aeroplane seat. It protects the child with the equivalent level of safety to a carseat.
Delivery is via AusPost standard international delivery and takes approx 3 days to reach Auckland and clear customs and then the standard NZ Post delivery timing applies. Most parcels should arrive within 5-6 business days after lodgment.
Limited parcel tracking is provided on the NZ Post website (www.NZpost.co.nz) and will commence when the parcel arrives in NZ. Please note customers assume all risk once parcel is lodged with AusPost.

What is your order process?

- PayPal will send you an email when payment is complete.
- Your parcel is dispatched within 24 hours of order completion.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal accounts accepted.
All payments are processed via the Paypal system, ensuring a secure payment gateway for all customers. You are not required to join or be a PayPal member to use this service.
Please note we do not receive your credit card details.
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal upon successful completion of payment.
What if my PayPal address is different to where I want my Order delivered?
Please just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or make a note in the 'Special Instructions' section when completing your payment in PayPal.
Can I pick up my order?
Our products are currently stored and dispatched from a warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Therefore all CARES New Zealand orders are for delivery only.
How is my Parcel delivered?
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse via Australia Post.
Standard delivery is via AusPost Pack and Track and takes approximately 4-5 business days.
We will notify you when your parcel has been lodged for delivery and provide the parcel number.
See the NZ Post website approximately 3 days later to confirm arrival in NZ.
What is your Return Policy?
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase.
However if for any reason you need to return goods, please do so within 30 days, unused with all packaging intact and we will either exchange them or provide a refund.
The CARES plastic packaging must be unopened to allow for refund / exchange.
Please include a copy of your order with your details and reason for return.
